In Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement classes you exercise your body and your brain by being mindful of how you move. This allows your brain to create new movement pathways and you to become more coordinated, flexible and balanced. Classes are suitable for anyone wanting to learn; to move better, think better and feel better. BYO Yoga Mat & Towel. Your teacher Ruth has over 25 years experience teaching Feldenkrais and is an Occupational Therapist, Aikido Instructor and NLP Trainer. Ruth works with a wide variety of people including those who have scoliosis or ongoing back, neck shoulder problems, strokes and overuse injuries.
