This class combines sitting and standing exercises with clients working at their own pace. It is ideal for fall prevention and improving balance & flexibility.  Open to everyone, this class is designed to be safe for people with stable long term health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes and bone or joint problems. Regular participation can help:

  • prevent falls and injuries from falls
  • lower blood pressure and improve cholesterol control
  • manage weight
  • improve well being, quality of life and sleep
  • manage diabetes
  • improve balance and flexibility
  • improve bone mineral density with arthritis management

Mondays 11:00am-12:00pm

Wednesdays 10:30am-11:30am

Cost: $10 Casual rate (pay as you go) Or loyalty card $90 for 10 visits (no time constraint)
