These exercise classes are designed to be safe for people with stable long-term health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes and bone or joint problems. Most of the exercises are done standing at your own pace. This is a gentle physical activity program suitable for anyone who hasn’t done any exercise in a while. You can exercise at your own pace in a friendly atmosphere. Regular participation can help:

  • lower blood pressure and improve cholesterol control
  • manage weight
  • improve well being, quality of life and sleep
  • manage diabetes
  • improve balance and flexibility
  • improve bone mineral density with arthritis management
  • prevent falls and injuries from falls

Cost: $10 Casual rate (pay as you go) Or loyalty card $90 for 10 visits (no time constraint)
