Lets get fit through strength training. Weights and exercises to improve bones, muscles and minds!

This program is extremely popular, Nikki, our experienced fitness instructor, will take up to 15 participants through an individualised program designed specifically to your needs. You do the exercises at your own pace and Nikki is always there to help guide and assist you.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds for classes due to a change in your personal circumstances. If your class is impacted by Covid shutdowns we will reschedule your class or it will run via Zoom.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

All visitors to our centre must respect all workers and volunteers. No inappropriate behaviour is accepted in our centres.
