Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise originating in China. Its slow flowing movements combined with deep breathing help to promote a balance between body and mind. Helps to improve flexibility, relaxation, coordination and concentration. Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Beginners welcome. First session free.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds for classes due to a change in your personal circumstances. If your class is impacted by Covid shutdowns we will reschedule your class or it will run via Zoom.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

All visitors to our centre must respect all workers and volunteers. No inappropriate behaviour is accepted in our centres.
