Zumba Gold is a low-impact dance fitness class perfect for:
- Beginners of all fitness levels.
- Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity.
Zumba Gold focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination, and all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility, and balance!

• Term 2, 2022: Tues 26th April – Sun 26th June (9 weeks): $80
• Term 3, 2022: Mon 11th July – Sun 18th Sep (10 weeks): $100
• Term 4, 2022: Mon 3rd Oct – Sun 18th Dec (11 weeks): $110
