Over the past couple of years, we have worked extensively to support the development and growth of social prescribing throughout Victoria, Australia. Our social prescribing schemes have grown and developed substantially over the last year allowing us to develop significant experience and insight which we share with others.

Youth Beyond Blue
Youth Beyond Blue is designed to provide information about anxiety, depression and suicide to young people in Australia aged 12–25.

Beyond Blue – The Brave Program
If you are a young person who would like to support managing worry and anxiety, The BRAVE Program is an interactive, online program for the prevention and treatment of anxiety. The program provides ways for young people to better cope with their worries. There are also programs for parents.

Kids Helpline
Free, private and confidential (and anonymous) phone and online 24/7 counselling service specifically for young people aged 5 – 25 years.

Mensline Australia
Support for men, anywhere, anytime. Get support, information or referral. It is staffed by professional counsellors who are experienced in men’s issues. Phone and online.
