2025 Photography Competition - Capturing Connections
2025 Photography Competition - Capturing Connections
Let your photo start a conversation.
This year’s theme, Capturing Connections, invites you to explore what connection looks like in your community and why it matters. Held in support of R U OK? Day, this competition highlights the importance of staying connected, checking in with one another, and creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and valued.
We’re looking for images that show genuine moments of connection — whether it's a shared chat, a helping hand, time spent together, or small acts of kindness that remind us we're not alone.
Why This Matters:
Social engagement plays a vital role in mental wellbeing. By showcasing what connection looks like in everyday life, we can encourage more people to reach out, listen, and support each other — not just on R U OK? Day, but every day.
Who Can Enter?
Open to all ages and abilities — professionals, hobbyists, or anyone who enjoys capturing moments that matter.
Selected images will be showcased in a community exhibition and shared across our social media platforms.
