Art for Wellbeing: A Mindful Creative Workshop
In this 90-minute workshop, we will explore mindful art-making practices that encourage you to slow down, connect with the materials, and follow your creativity wherever it leads. Through guided prompts and experimentation, we will discover the joy of process over product—inviting flow, curiosity, and a deeper sense of wellbeing. No experience needed, just bring yourself and a willingness to explore.
