Join this general exercises class led by our experienced instructor Kaye. This is a mixture of Kaye’s popular Energy and Gentle Exercise Class.

VENUE: Hampton Community Centre
ADDRESS: 14 Willis Street Hampton
WHEN: Mondays 9:30 - 10:30 am (Term 1, 9 weeks starting 2 February 2026)
No class on 9 March due to the Labour Day Public Holiday.
 COST: $12 per class when paid in full for the term or $17 for casual

Please note: Term 1, 2026 enrolments will be open to currently enrolled students only between Monday 1 December and Sunday 14 December. We'll be welcoming enrolments from new participants / students from other classes from Monday 15 December, 2025. Enrolments received prior to this may be refunded if the class reaches capacity before bookings open to new participants.

  • TERM DATES 2025

    Term 1: 28 Jan – 4 April 2025
    Term 2: 22 April – 4 July 2025
    Term 3: 21 July – 19 Sept 2025
    Term 4: 6 Oct - 14 Dec 2025

  • REFUNDS & CREDITS

    • There are no refunds for any class bookings. Once booked, the class fees are non-refundable.
    • If a credit is issued to customers, it is valid for use within the same calendar year in which it was applied.
    • If a credit is issued to customers, it can be applied towards any eligible workshop offered during the same calendar year.
    • The credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of payment.
    • It is the Management discretion if a credit is offered to customers.

  • MEMBERSHIP & CLASS FEES

    • A $20 membership fee per calendar year is required when joining a class or workshop at our centres.
    • The membership fee covers usage at both Highett and Hampton Community Centres.
    • The membership fee is non-refundable.
    • Class fees for the following term must be paid before the end of the current term to secure your spot in the class.
    • If you plan on "missing a term," class fees must still be paid to ensure your place in the class for the subsequent term.
    • The membership fee is separate from the class fees and is payable annually per calendar year.
