Accomplish your running goals with the help of qualified and experienced trainer Sara Fliess. Whatever your distance or experience, Sara will get you there with this supportive and personalised program.
To help you on your journey, Sara will help you through 4 key areas:
Track Session - Get together with Sara, our certified running coach, to work on speed and endurance
Strength Training Program - Many people starting their running journey (or increasing their km significantly) can become injured due to the repetitive nature of running. For experienced runners strength training can be a game change...... RUN STRONGER, RUN FASTER!
Short, 10 minute workouts will be posted on our Fit to Run Facebook group.
Personalised Training Program - To take you from your current to your chosen distance.
A Supportive Group - To help you along your journey you will have access to a messenger group chat to support one another, ask questions and cheer one another on.
