Justice of the Peace - Hampton

This service is free of charge*, operating on a first come, first served basis.

Available for a range of limited and common documents such as statutory declarations, deeds and mortgages. Justice of the Peace (JP) Giovanna Lentini (JP) will be available to witness or sign documents. 

BYO - Please note that for signing of original Powers of Attorney and Wills you MUST bring an independent witness of your own along with you.  

*Photo copying of documents on site will be charged at $1 per page and is subject to staff availability. Hampton Library is within walking distance.
