FREE Nature Journalling

FREE Nature Journalling

Hampton Community Centre

This friendly and relaxed nature journaling workshop is suitable for complete beginners and those experienced. Nature journaling is about slowing down, observing something in nature and putting it on the page through drawing, writing, even numbers. It awakens our senses, provides opportunities for wonder and connection to nature, enhances our observation skills and deepens our knowledge.

We start with a guided nature mindfulness practice, followed by some creative warm up exercises and complete two nature journaling pages. Kathleen offers tips, techniques, templates and personalised support as needed.

No need to be an artist or scientist to experience the wellbeing benefits of nature journaling.Come as you are, and take home the nature journal pages that you create, with some new skills to be more mindful in your everyday life.
