Join Chantal for this low-impact strength based training perfect for those with limited movement or building up their physical strength and fitness.
Seated and standing options will be available to gently bring back your physical strength in a group based program utilising resistant bands and hand weights. Chantal is passionate about making a difference to help people move better for longer.
Suitable for beginners, come and unlock your full potential.
